Located in the picturesque village of Sledmere in East Yorkshire, this country inn has been in the same hands for the last 16 years. We are not a gastro pub but instead offer great homemade food to a high standard backed up with friendly service.

The job requires split shifts across 3 days except on Sunday when we work straight through.  Additional holiday cover will be necessary at times also.

Responsibilities will include

• Backing up and supporting all kitchen staff by taking on food prep tasks.  
• You will be responsible for stock control  
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality control at all times.  
   

This is a fast-paced, varied role and you must be able to work unsupervised in an organised and efficient manner.

Transport is necessary as we are located 5-10 minutes outside Driffield.
